FoxMandal Little advises Alcatel-Lucent
May 14th, 2008 - 10:56 pm ICT by adminNew Delhi, May 14 (ANI): FoxMandal Little (FML) is the legal advisor to Alcatel-Lucent, the US-French telecom equipment supplier for their joint venture with Reliance Communications, to provide network services to telecommunications operators, both CDMA and GSM.
Alcatel- Lucent has a 67 percent stake in the joint venture company to tap the 16 billion dollars managed network services industry.
FML rendered its expertise with respect to, putting the joint venture structure in place. (ANI)
