Four coaches of train derail near Ghaziabad
September 1st, 2010 - 9:17 pm ICT by IANSGhaziabad, Sep 1 (IANS) Train services on the Delhi-Howrah line were disrupted after four coaches of the Mahabodhi Express derailed at Chipyana crossing in Uttar Pradesh’s Ghaziabad district Wednesday evening, police said. No casualty was reported.
The accident occurred at 5.15 p.m. while the train was going towards Gaya from Delhi, police said.
The train had left Ghaziabad junction at 5.10 p.m.
The railways are conducting an inquiry into the incident, an official said.
