Dec 29, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Ford, one of the leading car makers of the U.S. has ambitious plans for 2010. It was the only big car company that managed to survive the economic turmoil that hit the country badly last year, while rivals like GM are still licking their wounds. It has given its popular Mustang series a makeover for the new year. The revamped Mustang GT sports a 5 liter engine with 412 HP. It is designed to trounce the rivals like Chevrolet Corvette. The earlier version of Mustang GT was rated at 315 HP and had a 4.7 liter engine. The 2011 Mustang GT is loaded with an advanced EPAS. It is a sophisticated Power steering.
The new steering is ideal for managing the vehicle at turns when the speed is high. The new Mustang also gets thumbs up from the reviewers for its improved safety and on road balance mechanisms. It will be sold as a convertible and Ford has paid a lot of attention in improving the car’s overall structural rigidity. The NVH- standing for noise, vibration and harshness has also been enhanced in the New Mustang GT. Ford has also implemented better in cabin noise reduction technology. Ford claims that the drivers will not hear much noise when driving on rough terrains and even wet surfaces.
The new Ford Mustang will hit the roads sometimes in 2010 and from the specs, it looks like a winner. The build is quite macho and it is aimed at the users who prefer performance over comfort. The controls look quite stylish and the seats offer excellent lumber support for both the driver and the passengers.

You must be smoking something potent in India? Or, just clueless.
It’s hilarious that a Ford Mustang w/ live axle will “trounce” a purposely built almost super car?
When a 500hp Ford Shelby GT can not “trounce” a 405hp Corvette, this “Grand Touring” will?
Let’s see 5.0L, 415hp weighing 4000lbs with truck suspension vs. a 6.2L, 430hp weighing only 3200lbs? And this is just a ‘baby’ Corvette.
Get some automotive ‘edumacation’ before attempting to be some relevant.
Good riddance, we don’t buy cars made in “India.”
