Ford Motor Has Improved Financial Condition

Dec. 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The automobile manufacturing companies of Detroit could not avoid the effects of economic recession that has dealt a severe blow to the country. Many companies in Detroit had filed bankruptcy or collapsed completely after this downturn. However, it appears that the economic conditions of some companies are becoming stable than before. Alan Mulally, the chief executive of the Ford Motor, in one of his recent interviews indicated that the company has started making profit.
It is really a good news for the people of the country that the Ford Motor Co. has once again started making profit. The chief executive of the company has added that the present financial condition of the company is stronger than ever and so they are feeling more confident. The company is now focusing to improve its balance sheet further, while many other motor companies are still going through a tough financial situation.
Bill Ford Jr., the executive chairman of Ford Motor Co. in a recent report informed that in 2010, the company would give more importance to improving their balance sheet and achieve a better position over all. Like many reputed motor companies of the country, Ford Motor Co. also experienced some financial problem last year but it did not have to take government aid for recovering its position.
The company has successfully implemented some economic measures, which has once again helped stabilize their condition. It has come to the news, that the company, which claims to be more successful than ever before, would sell Volvo and has started negotiating the deals with different companies.
