Fog disrupts train schedule in Delhi
January 5th, 2010 - 1:48 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Jan 5 (IANS) Hundreds of passengers were stranded in chilly weather at New Delhi Railway Station Tuesday as several trains were delayed for hours following fog in various parts of noth India.
As many as 25 trains to Delhi were delayed due to dense fog, spokesperson of Northern Railways Anant Swarup said.
“We have cancelled six trains and have rescheduled three due to inclement weather in northern India,” he said.
The trains rescheduled are Bhopal Shatabdi, Kashi Vishwanath Express and Neelanchal Express.
