Mar 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) What would you do for $5 dollars? Not much really or maybe anything and everything. Sounds bizarre? Well, that is exactly what “Fiverr” claims to offer. This oh- so- innovative website is scoring in huge, roping in one and all on the Internet. “Fiverr” asks people what they would possibly do for $5 dollars and records an enormous amount of gigs that are being listed all across as people come up with funky to crazy ideas which they think they would be doing for $5 dollars. That includes somebody who will be discussing philosophy with you or a seller of real shark tooth. The real time element of ‘Fiverr’ lies in its effective conceptualization of ad websites on the top and thus offer a chance for all freelancers to make some fast bucks. The “gigs,” thus created are all fixed at $5 and could be anything that ranges from being utterly rubbish to very serious, that varies from people to people.
Micha Kaufman, co-founder & CEO of Fiverr calls it to be a “purely practical” purpose for which they had coined the very idea of “Fiverr”. He recalls how the grand idea had crossed his mind when he had a hard time in converting charts from Microsoft Word into Microsoft Excel. He says that the task was small but tedious and called upon extra labor to be hired for the purpose, which would eat up on both time as well as money.
Now with this Israel based site that dotes all the way over micro economy quoting as low as $5 dollars, the site is gaining mass appeal from all round the globe. The website already has around 5000 gigs posted which is quite a valid reason to account for its mass popularity.
