Emirates launches flights to Vietnam
January 5th, 2012 - 12:31 am ICT by IANSDubai, Jan 4 (IANS/WAM) Emirates Airlines Wednesday launched a daily non-stop flight from Dubai to Ho Chi Minh City.
Emirates will operate an Airbus A330-200 in a two class configuration on the route, which is set to become the airline’s 124th destination, it said in a release.
Both countries had signed an air services agreement in 2011.
Trade between the UAE and Vietnam exceeded $24 million in 2010.
