Defence expo in March 2012
October 10th, 2011 - 9:37 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Oct 10 (IANS) The next edition of India’s official defence exhibition, DefExpo, will be held in March next year, the defence ministry announced Monday.
The biennial four-day exhibition, the seventh in he series, will be held from March 29 to April 1 at Pragati Maidan here.
The exhibition focuses on equipment, weapons and systems for land, naval and internal security forces.
The DefExpo was originally conceptualised in 1998 with an objective to promote defence exports from India and exhibit the capabilities of Indian defence research, development and production.
