Dal Khalsa halts trains in Amritsar, threatens strike

- Amritsar, Nov 3 (IANS) Trains, including the Shatabdi Express from Amritsar to Delhi, were stopped Tuesday by radical Sikh activists at the railway station here following a call for a strike by Dal Khalsa and other organisations who are seeking justice for the victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, an official said.
