Court stays civic drive in Khan Market
March 17th, 2011 - 11:09 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Mar 17 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Thursday stayed the New Delhi Municipal Council’s (NDMC) proposed drive to remove illegal constructions in the Khan Market here. The drive was to begin Friday.
Justice Rajiv Sahai Endlaw said: “Till further order no demolition work will be carried out by the NDMC.”
The court would hear the matter April 27.
