Google Chrome to launch today at a press conference

Rafe at CNET says there will be a press conference at Google headquarters (Mountain View, California) at 11am (PDT) and would be live blogging from there. They also managed to get a screenshot of Google Chrome (attached below).

At the time of writing, this simply redirects to the Google.com homepage.
Chrome from Google is a web browser announced yesterday. Many internet users are anxiously waiting to get their hands on it. Yesterday the blogosphere was filled with excitement, today it will be flooded with reviews of Chrome.
Google’s intentions with this new browser would be clearer in a couple of days. Weather it is targeting current Firefox users or it is more focused on switching Internet Explorer users is currently unknown.
Since the Chrome is not yet available for download, you can see this excellent commic book by Google explaining about Chrome.
One thing is for sure, come 11am (PDT) and the Google Press Conference introducing Chrome would be one of the most historic press conferences of the year (Besides the Big Foot press conference of course)
