BSNL to slash call rates to Nepal

Lucknow, July 26 (IANS) India’s largest telecom provider Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) will soon slash its international call charges to Nepal, a top company official said here Saturday. “As per the new rates, the BSNL subscribers calling to Nepal will have to pay Rs.9 per minute instead of the present rate of Rs.12,” said BSNL general manager for marketing Rajesh Kumar.
“The new charges to Nepal can be implemented from Aug 1 itself,” said the official.
