Broadridge enters pact with IiAS
February 2nd, 2012 - 9:25 pm ICT by IANSHyderabad, Feb 2 (IANS) Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. and Institutional Investor Advisory Services India Limited (IiAS) Thursday jointly announced an alliance for the sale and distribution of IiAS proxy research and vote recommendations for listed Indian companies through Broadridge’s ProxyEdge voting platform.
As a result of this alliance, Broadridge’s clients will be able to access advice on governance practices of listed Indian companies, said a statement from Broadridge.
“In the current risk-averse markets, investors require such analysis, and the partnership with IiAS gives ProxyEdge users research and data they can act upon.”

Broadridge has partnered with a number of research providers across the globe and carries their vote recommendations on ProxyEdge, its electronic voting tool for institutional investors
Broadridge, a technology services company focused on global capital markets, is also looking forward to offering its e-voting solution to retail investors in India.
IiAS is an advisory firm dedicated to providing participants in the Indian market with independent opinions, research and data on corporate governance issues.
