London , July 19 (ANI): Brit Julie-Ann Reed has pocketed 30,000 pounds as damages after her boss passed a comment on the size of her breasts.

The 27-year-old estate agent said that sexist comments by Gerald Probert, not only shattered her confidence but also made her ill with depression.

Working at Racehorse, the Exeter city centre firm, for seven years, Reed accused her boss of referring to her 36DD breasts at least five times.

You should either reduce the size of your breasts or get some new blouses, The Sun quoted her boss, as commenting on her.

She said: He would point out my blouse was slightly gaping open between two fastened buttons. The comments were offensive and made me feel self-conscious and harassed.

In fact, Probert didnt even pay her on time and after she complained, he said that her boyfriend should look after her and pay the household bills.

And when she raised her voice against it, he fired her and said: You little s***, get out.

This Kingskerwell, South Devon resident was made a 20,000 pounds-a-year director after seven years of working in the firm.

However, Probert failed to attend the Exeter tribunal where Julie-Ann claimed unfair dismissal, unpaid wages and sex discrimination.

She won 28,900.99 pounds as damages with 3,055 pounds costs against Probert personally. (ANI)
