BJP protests rising food prices

Bhubaneswar, Feb 10 (IANS) The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Wednesday staged noisy protests all across Orissa against rising food prices and the failure of the central government to arrest the trend.
The demonsrations were reported from several towns, police and party sources said.
In Bhubaneswar, thousands raised slogans against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Congress president Sonia Gandhi and Orissa Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
