Apex court to hear Unitech MD interim bail plea Friday
September 29th, 2011 - 1:16 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Sep 29 (IANS) The Supreme Court will hear on Friday the plea for interim bail by Unitech Managing Director Sanjay Chandra, currently in judicial custody for his alleged involvement in the 2G scam.
An apex court bench of Justice G.S. Singhvi and Justice S.J. Mukhopadhaya said the matter would be taken up for hearing on Friday at 2 p.m.
Senior counsel Ram Jethmalani made a mention to that effect before the court.
The apex court is already hearing a plea for regular bail by Chandra.
