Americans preference to the U.S. Oil drilling : poll

The U.S. Offshore oil drilling could be a ban by the U.S. President George W Bush and Republican Presidential Senator John McCain.

According to the poll , 59.6 percent American said they would favor government efforts to boost domestic drilling and refinery constructions to cool records.

Apart from that the 56.3 percent said they would back effort to reduce domestic demands in the world’s biggest consumer through fuel-efficiency standards and 54.2 percent told they supported an increase use of bio-fuels.

39 percent of the 1113 voters surveyed that they would support moves to pressure OPEC nations to increase output to bring down prices. For the 37 percent , they would favor withdrawing oil from the U.S Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
