New Delhi, March 20 (IANS) Delhi Metro resumed services at 2 p.m. Sunday after being shut for Holi earlier in the day.

“The service has started on all six metro lines,” a Metro official told IANS. The Metro feeder bus service was curtailed for the entire day.

Metro runs on six lines: Dilshad Garden to Rithala, Jahangirpuri to HUDA City Centre, Noida City Centre to Dwarka Sector 21, Anand Vihar to Yamuna Bank, Inderlok to Mundka, and Central Secretariat to Badarpur.

Metro officials had earlier said the service was shut until 2 p.m. due to security concerns and fears of low passenger traffic.
