ADB to fund Chhattisgarh road projects
October 11th, 2011 - 3:05 pm ICT by IANSRaipur, Oct 11 (IANS) The Asian Development Bank (ADB) will provide over Rs.354 crore to Chhattisgarh, India’s key mineral-rich state, for renovation and reconstruction of its six major roads, the state government said Tuesday.
“The state will carry out massive renovation and reconstruction of its six major roads with Rs.354.38 crore fund to be made available under the ADB project,” a statement said.
The Basna-Bilaigarh, Dhamtari-Nagri, Hasod-Sarsiwa, Dhamtari-Gundardehi, Nandghat-Mungeli and Baloda Bazar-Simga roads will be taken up.
