16 infrastructure projects approved for Orissa
December 20th, 2010 - 8:40 pm ICT by IANSNew Delhi, Dec 20 (IANS) The central government Monday approved 16 projects under its urban renewal programme for Orissa at a cost of Rs.222.78 crore.An official statement said the projects will be funded under the Urban Infrastructure Development Scheme for Small and Medium Towns Scheme (UIDSSMT), which will be implemented in 12 towns of the state.
The projects are related to preservation of water bodies, conservation of heritage buildings, sanitation and road upgradation.
