15 killed as bus falls into ditch in Uttarakhand
May 21st, 2008 - 3:45 pm ICT by admin - Send to a friend: Pithoragarh (Uttarakhand), May 21 (ANI): At least fifteen people have been killed and fourteen others injured when a bus fell into a ditch in Uttarakhand’s Pithoragarh District on Wednesday.
The bus was on its way from Pithoragarh to Bageshwar when the accident took place.
According to police, the cause of the accident is yet to be ascertained.
The injured are undergoing treatment at nearby hospitals. The rescue operations have been launched. (ANI)
