Primate Expert Jane Goodall To Discuss Her New Book

Nov.13, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jane Goodall, a reputed primate expert is scheduled to visit the headquarter of the Interior Department. Sources stated that she will discuss several facts related to her book titled, “Hope for Animals and Their World: How Endangered Species Are Being Rescued From the Brink”. Ken Salazar, Interior Secretary has informed all the headquarters about this event so that people can have a better understanding of the animal world.
Jane Goodall has devoted forty-five years of her life in studying about the family interactions as well as social interactions of the chimpanzees. She visited Tanzania’s Gombe Stream National Park for her studies and later established the “Jane Goodall Institute.” She has a wide knowledge of Chimpanzees and her book will give people several information related to the lives of these animals. Jane Goodall has appeared in different interviews and shows to discuss issues related to chimpanzees. In one of her recent interviews, she stated about Michael Jackson’s love for chimpanzees. She said that she had met “Bubbles”, the pet chimpanzee of the pop legend.
In her interview, she also said that chimpanzees inspired the pop legend to create the track, “Heal The World.” Though chimpanzees might have been the inspiration behind the track, it was certainly related to humanity. Goodall has traveled to different parts of the world to make people aware about the protection of chimpanzees, which has been marked as an endangered species. It is expected that in her speech at the auditorium of Interior Security, she will highlight on several important issues related to chimpanzee and wildlife.
