The book written by Meghan McCain, the daughter of John McCain. The books publisher is Aladdin Paperbacks, book’s images were illustrated by Dan Andreasen with 32 pages and published in the year 2008. The bookreleased on September 2, 2008.

Meghan conjures one of her father’s favorite town hall tag lines on the book’s final page, writing: “I know he’ll say what he really thinks. Maybe it won’t be what people want to hear. But it will be the truth.” The book is intended to support John McCain’s candidacy for President of the United States.

A children’s story about John McCain . The book is geared toward kids ages 5 to 10. The book focuses on John McCain’s United States military service and his presidential run because after eight years he decides to run for the presidency. Although the book is aimed at children, but it also deals with John McCain’s capture and imprisonment as a prisoner of war for 5.5 years during the Vietnam War. Over 200,000 copies were printed and the book had also been varified as “less a children’s book than one written for wide-eyed adults with very nice drawings.
