George W. Bush memoir - ‘Decision Points’ set for a November release

New York, Apr 26 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Former United States President George W. Bush’s memoir ‘Decision Points’ would be released on the 9th of November 2010. It has been published by Crown Publishers, which is a division of Random House. In a press statement the publishers said that, George W. Bush’s memoir would concentrate on 14 critical decisions that he took during his life. Perhaps that is the reason why the book is named ‘Decision Points’.

The memoir would also talk about the personal and the professional challenges that he faced during his Presidency period. He would also elaborate on how he handled some crucial issues during his presidency period like the infamous 9/11 attacks and even the Hurricane Katrina. His battle to quit his drinking problem would also be documented in the book.

And to lend a personal touch to the book, ‘Decision Points’ would also talk about the George W. Bush’s relationship with his family members too. The publishers said that, since quitting Presidency, George W. Bush has hardly had any public engagements and “instead, he has spent almost every day writing ’Decision Points.’ He writes honestly and directly about his flaws and mistakes, as well as his historic achievements.”
