September 24, 2007 By News Desk For the 157 Doctors and another 40 passengers who planned their visit Bangkok by Thai Airways, it turned out to a nightmare.
They were scheduled to fly by TG314 on Sunday at 2 AM while they had to wait till 2 PM. An hour after the scheduled departure official informed the passengers that the flight has been delayed.
Neither the information was provided properly and nor were any arrangements made to provide overnight accommodation for the passengers on the premise that their passports had been stamped and they were technically not in India. The passengers were angry as this was something they would not have expect from Thai Airways and that too after paying its fare which is on higher side as compared to its rival airlines.
An airline source informed the flight couldn’t land due to bad weather.
