North East India Trade & Investment Opportunities Week |

September 25, 2007 By News Desk North East India Trade & Investment Opportunities Week is being organized by the Ministry of Development of North East Region (DoNER), Government of India and the Ministry of Commerce of the Government of Thailand in association with the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Kolkata on October 1-4 2007 at the Queen Sirikit Convention Centre in Bangkok.
The event will showcase the possibilities of doing business with the states of North East India and will highlight specific trade and investment opportunities.
The event will provide detailed information of the business opportunities in the following sectors :
- Agro/ Food Processing/ Rubber/ Tea - Infrastructure/ Roads/ Power/ Civil Construction - Handloom/ Silk/ Handicrafts/ Bamboo - Tourism Around 150 Indian businesspersons from the North Eastern states are expected to participate in the event.
