Thaindian StallThe International Gems & Jewelry Exhibition being held at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center has entered into its third day. It will continue till Sunday. The exhibition was inaugurated by Mr. Pornchai Chuenchomlada, the President of Thai Gems and Jewelry Traders Association. The embassy of India was represented by Mr. Madhukar Asnani, First Secratory & Head of Business. The Photo Gallery can be accessed here .

Time: 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM

Mrs. Joyeeta Ray would be present to promote her books 'Time for a Tale' and 'Tales never Told'. Both the books are a compilation of original short stories for children between 5 to 10 years of age, that marked her foray into the fascinating world of Childrens' Literature.  One of her "tales" can be read here .

Mrs. Ray is a Consultant Copywriter with over 15 years of copywriting experience in reputed advertising agencies across Asia including Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Vietnam, Jakarta and New Delhi, from where she hails originally. She has also worked as a Journalist and Contributor to the Jakarta Post in Jakarta, specializing on India related features.

Bangkokians who may be interested in buying her books for their kids, knowing more about her work and sharing their opinions can kindly visit Thaindian booth between 11:00 AM - 01:00 PM.

Mr. Amrendra Narayan would be present to promote his books. His books include collection of poems sirf ek lalten jalti hai, Anubhuti and Thodi Barish which have been appreciated a lot in the Hindi literary circles. His first English novel Fragrance Beyond Borders is based on the theme of improving India-Pakistan relations and has already received favorable reviews from the likes of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Shree Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
