Sanskriti invites school and college students to participate in the following.

Age Group:

• below 9 years
• 9 yrs to 15 yrs
• 15yrs to 20 yrs

Topic details

In showing exuberance on our Country’s successful unmanned mission to the moon,”Chandrayaan”
 

Categories:

Essay writing - not more than 200 words including the title.
Below 9 yrs     - What will you do if you were sent to moon?
9ys to 15 yrs     - How has the Success of Chandrayaan motivated you?
15yrs – 20 yrs     - How important is this success to India in becoming a super power?

Poem – not more than 100 words glorifying Chandrayaan.

Drawing or Painting or Collage - one A4 size sheet or one A3 size sheet, any paper, & any kind of material. Concept: our successful Moon mission (or) Indian on moon in 2015.

Conditions:

• Entries are FREE and open till 20th January 2009.
• Participant may choose to compete in any or all categories.
• Completed entries must be sent by post to:
• KV Ramesh, Sanskriti, 216/78, Nanglinchi, Yannawa, Bangkok 10120.
• Entries must have the following details: Name as given in School/ university, age, gender, address, telephone number, mobile number, e-mail.
• Articles, poem, drawing and painting must be original.
• Winners will be announced by the 23rd January and Awards given on 26th January 2009, our Republic day.( subject to change, and will be announced separately to the winners)
• All participants will be given a certificate of Merit.
• No material will be rejected or returned.
