Dear Devotees,
The temple committee of SRI MAHAMARIAMMAN TEMPLE always thankful to your continuous support made to the temple for its various construction works and functions.
Navarathiri functions begins on OCTOBER 12th 2007 with Ganesh Pooja , and 21stoct 2007 main Temple chariot flown through the streets of SILOM , 23rd oct2007 finishing pooja.
Towards making the Navarathiri Function 2007 a special occasion we are in the process of making several efforts one of the special process is follows
Temple committee in the process of making Golden door for SRI MAHA MARIAMMAN, and Silver doors for SRI GANESH and SRI MURUGAN.
The Golden door will be made from 2.5 Kg of GOLD , and silver doors will be made from 150 KG of silver.
All the above three doors will be made by expert group consists of 8 well known Architects from INDIA , they are expected to stay here for more than 6 months .
The cost of the making of these doors are expected to be around 4.5 Million Bhat ,
The temple committee would like to get your support once again to make the above work more successful and in time , the Donations may be in the form of GOLD or silver or cash are good to progress the making up of the above doors.
