Sign of Sukhumvit RoadSukhumvit district is not only a commercialized place , it is Bangkok expat's home. Sukhumvit area is a hectic downtown and with luxouries hotels and condominiums. A large expat community and many tourists, means foreigners of all descriptions are especially well catered for when it comes to things to see and do here, day or night. And yet the bustle of the streets - especially the abundant pavement vendors and snarled traffic - still offers the relentless sensory bombardment that is so typically Bangkok.

Today, Sukhumvit is heart of the city , plenty of entertainment for all ages. Most of the embassies is located at the downtown.

Some of the luxury residences and developments in Sukhumvit include the Millennium Residences and the Royce Private Residences. The Millennium Residences are a set of four luxury high rise towers that have 1-4 bedroom condos and penthouse suites.

Motives for a foreigner staying in Sukhumvit area :
  1. Shopping - The shopping complex is near by , such as , Emporium and Robinsons. With well known brand names, Louis Vuitton, and Versace.
  2. Transportation - The Skytrain runs along Sukhumvit Road, and even connects a direct link to subways. The Airport Express Train stops near the north end of the district, providing easy access to the new international airport east of the city.
  3. Attraction -  Thailand Creative & Design Centre , Siam Society and National Science Centre for Education.
